Ready to see what’s actually holding things in place?
Start with a free Mapping Session. This is a half-hour conversation about where you’re stuck, how your system has organised around it, and where we begin.

Ready to see your pain differently? Start with a free pain Mapping Session. It’s not a test. It’s a conversation — about the patterns your system has been running, and the structures we can start to build differently.

That might look like pain that doesn’t resolve.
Or anxiety that keeps returning.
Or a sense that you’re going round the same loops in your life.
Fieldwork helps you map that pattern, interrupt it, and create the conditions for something new to happen.
The intention isn’t to treat symptoms.
We work with your whole system - body, brain, emotion, breath, and the deeper structures underneath.
Because what’s stuck doesn’t live in one place.
Whether it looks like back pain, burnout, overwhelm, or a life that no longer fits - it’s the same signal: something has become fixed, and everything else has organised around it.
And that can change.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t coaching.
It’s Fieldwork—a way of working directly with what’s keeping things in place.
There’s no fixed method.
Someone might come with ADHD burnout and find we’re working physically with the body.
Someone else might come with back pain and find we’re working with earlier patterns or emotional loops.
We follow what’s actually holding things in place - and interrupt it there.
Instead of managing symptoms, we work at the level where patterns organise.

There’s no fixed structure for this work. Sessions are shaped around what you bring - whether that’s something physical, emotional, or a pattern that keeps repeating.
Some people come for a single 'interrupt and reset' session. Others work together over time.
We decide what’s needed after the Mapping Session.
Thirty minutes to look at what’s actually going on - and whether this work is right for you.
We’ll look at where things are stuck, how the pattern is being maintained, and what would need to shift.
No obligation. No pressure. Just clarity about what’s happening and whether Fieldwork can help.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns of pain - physical, emotional, existential - that no one could quite explain.
For years, I chased fixes. I found temporary relief, but nothing that truly shifted it.
Eventually, I stopped treating pain like a problem to solve… and started listening to what it was pointing to, and why it had emerged in me in the first place.
That’s how this work, what I am calling Fieldwork, came into being.
It’s where everything I’ve lived, trained in and practiced comes together - pain science (Pain-Reprocessing Therapy in particular), Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy, breath, fascia awareness, trauma integration - to help people create space inside their system, interrupt old loops, and begin to choose something new.
No single method changed everything.
But the right combination, in the right timing, within the right relational field - did.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s attuned to you, and to what your system is truly ready for.

A brief history, what's stuck, where it shows up, what maintains it. I'll answer any questions you have.
You'll leave understanding what's happening - and if this work is right for you, how we'd work together.

I know what it's like.
I lived with persistent pain and an almost constant vigilant, exhausted state for 18 years. I tried everything that was meant to work. What finally shifted it was understanding how the pattern was being maintained, how to interrupt it and create a new, chosen reality.
Since then, I’ve trained and worked across somatic practice, pain reprocessing principles, and psychological pattern work, supporting people supporting people where something in their life isn’t shifting - no matter how much they’ve understood or worked on it
Fieldwork comes from that combination: lived understanding, professional range, and a precise mechanisms for organic change.

If something in you knows this pain isn’t random — and you’re ready to see what it’s pointing to, this is a space to begin.
