Start here

Everything begins with a 30-minute Mapping Session.

This session is for people living with persistent pain, tension, fatigue, anxiety, or other symptoms that don’t fully make sense - especially when tests, scans, or treatments don’t explain the severity or persistence of what you’re experiencing.

In this session, we look together at whether your symptoms may have a neuroplastic component - meaning they’re being maintained by learned patterns in the nervous system rather than ongoing damage alone.

This doesn’t mean the pain “isn’t real”.
It means there may be more room for change than you’ve been led to believe.

During the 30 minutes, we explore:

  • what’s been tried and why it may not have lasted

  • how attention, threat, stress, and meaning may be interacting with the body

  • whether this pattern looks changeable - and if so, how

By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of:

  • whether a neuroplastic process is likely involved

  • what part of the experience may be workable

  • and what kind of support (if any) would make sense next

Who this work is for

This work is for people who feel caught in something that keeps repeating.

That might show up as:

  • physical pain or symptoms that ease and then return

  • tension, stress, or fatigue that never fully resolves

  • anxiety or low mood that feels bound up with the body

  • a sense of always managing yourself, without real change

I work with a wide range of people, including peri-/menopausal women, neurodivergent adults, and men who tend to downplay their pain or stress - but the common thread isn’t identity.
It’s the feeling that something familiar keeps re-establishing itself, no matter what you do.

What happens after the Mapping Call?

There’s no set pathway.

For some people, the Mapping Session alone is enough to re-orient how they’re working with what’s happening. Others choose to continue for a period of focused support.

If it’s useful, one of these directions may make sense.

Practical interruption

This is for people who want help with what’s most immediate - pain, tension, anxiety, or a looping symptom.

The focus is on learning how to interrupt the pattern as it’s happening, using a combination of attention, movement, and simple practices you can repeat on your own. The aim is practical change, not ongoing dependence.

Re-orienting your relationship to what’s happening

This is for people who feel broadly stuck - unsure whether what they need is physical, emotional, or something else entirely.

The work here focuses on separating who you are from what you’re experiencing, so reactions and sensations no longer define or drive you. From that place, new responses become possible.

A focused Fieldwork container

Some people choose a short, time-bound period of work where we go more fully into the pattern - physically, emotionally, and perceptually - with consistent focus and direct support between 1:1 sessions.

This isn’t about doing more techniques.
It’s about working in a concentrated way so change has time to settle and stabilise, rather than slipping back into what’s familiar.

At the end of our Mapping Call, if it seems like a fit, I will share my recommendations and send you a full description of each of these options along with timeframes and investment.
You can then decide in your own time whether you want to proceed and how.
