A chance to look together at whether your pain is structural, pattern-driven, or something in between - and what would actually move things forward.
What this session is for:
Many people arrive here after years of trying to solve their pain.
They’ve tried:
• physio
• therapy
• bodywork
• supplements
• nervous system tools
• endless research
Sometimes these things help.
Sometimes they help temporarily.
Sometimes nothing seems to shift.
The Pattern Mapping Call is simply a chance to step back and look at the pattern beneath the problem.
• the history of your symptoms
• what seems to trigger or change them
• whether your pain shows signs of being structural, neuroplastic, or pattern-driven
• the role your nervous system, identity and habits may be playing
Most people leave the call with:
• one reframe they cannot unsee
• one piece of evidence from their own experience
• one clear next step
Even if we never work together further.
This call is also for me to assess
Not every type of pain is suitable for the work I do.
During the call I will also consider:
• whether your symptoms are likely neuroplastic or pattern-based
• whether this approach would actually be helpful for you
• whether the timing is right for this kind of work
If I don’t think it’s the right fit, I will say so.
If we decide to work together
Sessions are currently £110 per hour.
Some people book single sessions.
Others prefer to work in a short series so we can interrupt the pattern more effectively.
For those who want to commit to a block of work:
3 or 6 sessions booked together receive a 10% or 20% discount.
But there is no pressure to decide during the call.

I work with a wide range of people, including peri-/menopausal women, neurodivergent adults, and men who tend to downplay their pain or stress - but the common thread isn’t identity.
It’s the feeling that something familiar keeps re-establishing itself, no matter what you do.
